Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow extra time during holidays, product launches, or sales due to high order volume.

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to soon!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delays
If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please first check with the carrier using your tracking number. If you’re still having issues, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at idialegacygroup@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues. Please note we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm your address. Reshipping fees may apply.
